  These bold nomadic woven kilims are used as wall decorations, bed or sofa covers, and even as prayer rugs. They are woven on small framed ground looms in long strips and joined together .
Once seen as primitive these rugs have become popular collectibles and textile art. While some are real eye-catchers because of their bright and shiny colors, other examples are simply left in their natural tones or show basic geometric designs. Their weaving is more coarse with mostly had "primitive" designs and used undyed hand-spun wool or few colors. They have a great modern contemporary look.
